At IndusStationery.pk, we aim to provide secure and convenient payment options for our customers. Please review our payment methods below carefully before placing your order.

1. Available Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options depending on your delivery location within Karachi:

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – DHA & Clifton Only

2.1 Eligible Areas

Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for delivery addresses located in:

• DHA (Defence Housing Authority) – all phases

• Clifton – all blocks and sub-areas

If your delivery address is outside these areas, COD will not be available at checkout.

2.2 How COD Works

1. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.

2. Your order will be processed and shipped once confirmed.

3. Upon delivery, pay the exact order amount in Pakistani Rupees (cash) to the courier driver.

4. Please ensure you have the exact change, as courier drivers may not always carry change.

2.3 Important COD Notes

• Orders placed with COD outside DHA or Clifton will be automatically canceled or held until the customer selects an alternative payment method.

• If you provide an incorrect address that falls outside COD-eligible areas, your order may be delayed or canceled.

• We reserve the right to refuse COD orders at our discretion (e.g., high-value orders, repeated unclaimed deliveries).

2.4 Unclaimed COD Orders

If you refuse to accept a COD order at the time of delivery:

• The order will be returned to us.

• You may be blocked from placing future COD orders.

• Any future orders may require prepayment via bank transfer.

3. Direct Bank Transfer – All Areas of Karachi

3.1 Eligibility

Direct Bank Transfer is available for all delivery locations within Karachi.

3.2 How to Pay via Bank Transfer

1. Select Direct Bank Transfer at checkout.

2. You will receive our bank account details via email/SMS after placing your order.

3. Transfer the exact order amount (including shipping if applicable) to our bank account.

4. After transferring, please send the payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction slip) to shop@indusstationery.pk or WhatsApp: +923054444349 with your order number.

5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.

3.3 Bank Account Details

Upon selecting Direct Bank Transfer, you will be provided with:

3.4 Payment Confirmation Deadline

• Orders must be paid within 24–48 hours of order placement.

• If payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

• To reinstate a canceled order, you will need to place a new order.

3.5 Verification Time

Once you send payment confirmation, our team will verify the transfer within:

• Bank transfers: 1–2 business hours (during working hours) or may be instantly once we receive the payment.

• Transfers after business hours/weekends: Next business day

Your order will be processed for shipping only after successful payment verification.

4. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously:

• Direct Bank Transfers: All transfers are made directly to our official bank account. We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account.

• COD: Only pay the courier driver upon physical delivery. Do not pay in advance for COD orders.

• No Credit/Debit Card Processing: Currently, we do not accept credit/debit cards online. Please be cautious of any fraudulent websites or messages claiming otherwise.
