Shipping & Refund

Thank you for shopping at IndusStationery.pk. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

1.2 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to Karachi. For remote areas, delivery may take additional time.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reputable courier services, including Leopards Courier, TCS, Call Courier, Bykea, private riders, and Pakistan Post (depending on location and order size).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Orders above PKR 2,500: Free standard shipping.

  • Orders below PRK 2500: A flat shipping fee of  PKR 300 in DHA & Clifton, PKR 500 in the rest of Karachi applies.

  • Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or by visiting our Track Order page.

1.6 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,

  • Unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, or

  • Refusal to accept the package,

the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: The order will be canceled. No reshipment will be processed unless a new order is placed.

  • Prepaid orders: You will be refunded after deducting both-way shipping charges (if applicable).


2. Return Policy

We want you to love your stationery! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

  • Change of Mind: We don’t accept returns for a change of mind.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized stationery (e.g., printed notebooks with custom logos, engraved items).

  • Opened or used products (e.g., pens that have been inked, opened notebooks, art supplies that have been used).

  • Clearance, sale, or “final sale” items.

  • Stationery items that are considered consumables (e.g., erasers, refills, adhesive tapes) are once the packaging is opened.

  • All the Toys, School Bags, and Event Supplies are non-returnable items. 

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@indusstationery.pk or WhatsApp +923054444349 with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the damaged/wrong item (if applicable)

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization if approved.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, and invoice).

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

2.4 Condition for Returns

Items must be returned in original condition:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

  • Not damaged by the customer

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you at your cost.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.1 Refund Methods

3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in original condition (if returned with minor wear).

  • Returns initiated after the 7-day window (at our discretion).

  • Missing accessories or packaging.

3.3 Refund Amount

  • Full refund: The full purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) will be refunded for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Change of Mind: Change of Mind will not be entertained

  • Non-returnable items: No refund will be issued.

3.4 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

  3. Contact us at shop@indusstationery.pk with your order details, and we will assist you.


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following the return process above.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.


5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at shop@indusstationery.pk or +923054444349.

5.2 After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped:

  • COD orders: You may refuse delivery at the time of courier drop-off. The order will be returned to us, and no charges will apply.

  • Prepaid orders: If you cancel after shipment, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost once the package is returned to our warehouse.
