2. Eligibility

To place an order on IndusStationery.pk, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout process.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to display our stationery products (including notebooks, pens, art supplies, toys, stuffed toys, party decor, gift items, and office equipment) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or colors are accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on IndusStationery.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing or product information without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.

  • Cancellation: We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch. If your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

  • EasyPaisa

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (Only in DHA AND CLIFTON)

By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners. We do not store your credit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect your package upon arrival.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Due to the nature of stationery products, returns are subject to specific conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Change of Mind: is not acceptable.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. COD refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

8. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Using the website for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the site.

  • Reselling our products without explicit written consent from Indus Stationery.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
